We thank our staff with the launch of Perkbox

Here at our SilverCrest Group we value each and every member of staff and thank them for all their hard work, dedication and passion they show for caring for our residents at all our care homes across South Wales in Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Ystradgynlais and Pontypridd.  The team go above and beyond all expectations and we simply could not do without them!  As a thank you to all staff, we have launched a new scheme called ‘Perkbox’ where all SilverCrest Group employees can receive offers and discounts on entertainment, cinema discounts, freebies where they can make savings in all areas of life, from food and drink to travel.

 

Bikram Choudhary, director of SilverCrest said “Our homes are only as good as the staff we employ and we are very lucky to have hard working, dedicated and commited staff in our homes.  As part of our ongoing commitment to recognise and reward our staff I am exited to announce that we have rolled out Perkbox to all members of staff which gives them extra perks they can enjoy outside of work.”
