We are thrilled to share the exciting news that our Tŷ Nant care home has been included in The carehome.co.uk Top 20 Care Home Awards 2018!
Representing Wales, Tŷ Nant, our bespoke dementia unit located in Williamstown, Rhondda Cynon Taf, has received high scores on the CareHome.co.uk gaining us recognition as one of the top 20 care homes in Wales.
We opened our doors in June 2017 and today we offer residents five types of care which are nursing, dementia, residential, personal and elderly care.
Our modern and carefully designed home has familiar surroundings and a real sense of safety and security. Our specialist facilities include a residents shop, post office, a hairdressing salon, snacking stations, coffee shop, lounge bar and resident kitchen.
Each of the 31 en-suite bedrooms at Tŷ Nant are dementia friendly in design available in a variety of colours and can be customised to individuals preference. Each residents’ bedroom will have a vibrant coloured door including their own door numbers.
We thank our entire team for their dedication to the residents and the home and for making this a happy and now award-winning home. We also thank the wonderful families of our residents for their kind comments about our team, home and service.

I was very apprehensive about my mother going into a care home but I have found that Tŷ Nant Care Home is spotlessly clean and the care from the staff is exceptional. The food is also excellent with plenty of choices.
My mother is very happy which means that my brother and I feel happy too.
