Our managers and deputies welcomed a few new team members to the SilverCrest family so what better way than to have a team building morning at City Mazes – Escape Rooms.
This was a great and fun way to introduce our new manager Adam Hewitt at The Hollies care home in Pontypridd and our new residential unit manager, Nicola Bates, at Morgana Lodge in Bridgend to the care home managers and deputies at Tŷ Nant, Cŵrt Enfys and Mill View.
The rooms were designed for the people in them to find clues and working together to escape the rooms within one hour. Well done to all for great team work and for escaping the rooms in time (well almost)!
