- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to our team of dedicated caregivers.
- Ensure the delivery of person-centred care.
- Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory compliances, along with adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and valued.
- Effectively manage resources to optimize operational efficiency and maintain high standards of care.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or social care sector.
- While a clinical background is preferred, it is not essential.
- Strong Understanding of RISCA (Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through challenging situations with grace and resilience.
- Hold a recognised and relevant Management Qualification, and be/willing to be registered with Social Care Wales as a Registered Manager.
