The home and its whole team are fully equipped and trained to provide excellence in relationship-centred care for all residents. They continually strive for higher quality in care and lifestyle across a range of residential, nursing and dementia needs.

Cwrt Enfys, although the largest of the SilverCrest care home group has a wonderful family feel with plenty of activities designed for our residents.

All admin, care, catering, domestic, lifestyle, maintenance, nursing teams work together to provide a safe and relaxed atmosphere, creating a real sense of community in a family home environment. Residents have ample opportunities to keep mind and body engaged thanks to the dedicated team who provide a wide range of activities. Live singers is a favourite activity amongst residents in the home as well as the popular sensory room.

We aim to enrich residents’ lives beyond their expectations and allow them to live with purpose and fulfilment with our range of focused initiatives and new experiences.

Enfys Fach: This is our separate 30 bed residential unit comprising of 14 beds on the first floor and 16 on ground floor. On the top floor we have quiet room where residents can enjoy a relaxed environment, two specialised bathrooms, hair salon and a dining room. The ground floor boasts specialist communal bathrooms, separate lounge and dining room with a Cwtch and library area for quiet a more relaxing and calmer environment. Residents can also visit the games room to play pool, table football or just listen to the jukebox.

The Woodlands: Situated on the first floor of our main building you will find our 34 Bedded EMI nursing unit. It is designed as a dementia style village and ideal for those who need independence. There is a dining area and lounge area at the front of the building, open planned with large windows as well as an indoor sensory garden so residents can access it safely at all times.

Tŷ Enfys – Based on the ground floor of the main building, our 35 bedded General Nursing unit allows residents access to a spacious dining area, living room and the courtyard, which is our self contained secured outdoor garden. Residents can also enjoy the calm of our purpose created sensory room designed to provide a relaxed and yet stimulating environment

Our food is at the heart of everything we do at Cwrt Enfys, offering great nutrition and healthy home-made cooking in our fully equipped kitchen.

Our passionate kitchen team led by a Head Chef and Regional Hospitality Manager are responsible for creating a delicious and hearty weekly menu where we offer choice and variety making sure we adhere to everyone’s taste and diets.

The kitchen team will work with the activities team on special themed menus to commemorate memorable calendar dates throughout the year including St Valentine’s Day, St David’s Day, British Pie week as well as food from around the world.

We are proud to support our community and work with local Welsh suppliers to secure the best and fresh ingredients enabling us to provide tasty meals to our residents.
